What is your return policy?
For quality problems caused by our factory, we support negotiation on re-production or compensation. Custom private label orders cannot be returned unless quality issues are confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Western Union. For small trial orders, other negotiable payment terms are available.
Can I order sample first?
Yes. We offer product samples for quality testing before bulk order. Sample cost and freight can be discussed with our sales.
